We understand that at this time, post may take longer due to the
Coronavirus pandemic, and this is beyond our control, so please bear with
us. For further information about International deliveries and any delays,

Where in the world do you deliver?
We deliver to:
• UK and domestic
• Rest of the world!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times will depend on where you are in the world and the delivery
option you go for.
For the UK and domestic, delivery will normally be within 1-3 days for
Express delivery and Standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
For delivery to Europe, it can take up to 21 days.
For delivery to America/Canada and the rest of the world, it can take
longer. We’ll be able to give you an estimate when you place your order.
For delivery outside the UK, tracking is not included, but can be added at

When do you ship orders?
We ship orders on Mondays* and Thursdays. Any order made on our
website up to midnight on Sunday or Wednesday, will be shipped the

How much is postage?
The cost of postage will depend on what you order and where you are in
the world. Postage will be added at checkout.
You can choose to have an Express price or a standard price for the UK.
For delivery outside the UK, tracking is not included as standard, but can
be added at checkout.
Please note that if you do live outside the UK, you may be charged
import duty/VAT by your country’s tax authority. You will usually be asked
to pay this either just before or on delivery.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If, in the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive, please check the
status of your order and email to see when it was sent. Then please
contact us and we will do everything we can to sort it out.
